Shipping and orders.

All orders are dispatched in 2 working days (working days are Mondays to Friday, Australian Eastern time). You will be contacted within 2 working days if there is any dispatch delay. Please ensure that your email is correct. You will be emailed when your order is shipped.

Our orders are proudly shipped by Australian Post. Standard delivery in Australia is 1-5 days. Express post is 1 working day.

International orders: Airmail standard transit is 3 to 10 working days and is not trackable. Delivery times in the destination country can vary.  Delays can occur past the allotted time. We are not responsible for delays once they are with the postal service of a destination country. For the most part we do not have problems with most countries. If you are unsure about delivery to your country please feel free to contact us before ordering. Alternatively customers can choose Express Courier International. Delivery time for this method is usually 2-4 working days for delivery. This service includes a tracking number. It is the most secure way to send.

All product is properly packaged to ensure safe shipping.

 

Online and Exchange Policy

BICO will consider any reasonable reason for exchanging a product within 30 days of receiving your order as long as the item is returned in the same condition it was received. Please contact customer service to enquire.

BICO will gladly refund any order from our BICO online shop up to the original price or replace faulty items in according to the following processes for all online purchases.

 

1.You must notify BICO of the fault within 60 days of receiving the items

2. Do not return the item unless you are instructed by BICO to do so.

3. You must provide “proof of purchase”, being either an invoice, bank statement, or email confirmation from BICO

4. Refunds can only be credited to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. Refunds can be made with  PayPal payments. Refunds will be processes as soon as items are returned and inspected by BICO. 

5. We will not refund items damaged due to regular wear and tear. Only damage and fault do to manufacturing or transit damage will be considered.

6. We will need you to pay the return post to us. This will be refunded should your return request be accepted.

 

Privacy Policy

We have committed ourselves to protecting your privacy. We use the information gathered to enable your account and to enhance your online experience. BICO Australia Pty Limited will not sell its database of customer details or details about customers to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. We respect the right of the users to remain anonymous.

 

Credit card details

All credit card payments are processed securely through DirectOne and ANZ. All credit card transactions are processed through DirectOne’s 128 bit SSL Encryption software to insure your personal details are kept safe. BICO Australia Pty Limited does not store and credit card information on our servers.
